At Cà del Facco the most important moments of your life are also ours. Whether for an important occasion or just for your stay here near Crema, we have taken all the necessary measures to make you feel safe every day. We have worked hard, thinking about you and your health.
Nothing has been left to chance, and everything is in the pure style of Cà del Facco: to let you think only of yourself and your wishes.

Restaurant and breakfast room

Reception

We have prepared state-of-the-art equipment to measure the temperature of those who enter our agriturismo: remotely and safely, this instrument will confirm, by means of an acoustic signal, the eligibility to enter the location.
In order to sanitise hands, a hydro-alcoholic gel dispenser is automatically dispensed using a photocell and therefore without contact, mounted on a steel column. You will find the dispenser at the entrance and next to the bathrooms.
The reception desk is equipped with Plexiglas protections.
We prefer payment by ATM or credit card.

Common spaces

All our environments have been disinfected using a high-level disinfection system performed with atomiser/ozone, of proven effectiveness for the elimination of viruses in the environment.
All the rules to avoid gatherings in order to follow the rules of the Lombardy Region are explained on the posters in the building.
We provide a thorough hygienic care for all the premises.

Guests

We request the cooperation of all guests in following the guidelines for your and our health.
It is necessary to wear the mask indoors
It is good practice to sanitize your hands with the appropriate dispensers.
We request that you maintain the interpersonal distance of at least one meter
It is forbidden to enter if the temperature exceeds 37.5° C, if you have respiratory symptoms, or if you have had contact with people affected by Covid-19 in the last 14 days.

Rooms

All the rooms of the agriturismo undergo disinfection with atomiser/ozone, a system that eliminates viruses in the environment.
Upon arrival, you will be given a welcome kit that contains in a sealed envelope with your room key, a free pack in a bottle of sanitizing gel, an emergency mask and the sanitized TV remote control.
On the door of your room, you can find the certificate of the indoor environment disinfection, by our staff, which affixes the seal upon completion of disinfection and sanitation at each room change.

Restaurant and breakfast room

The tables inside our hall allow the distance between the members of the same family or between the various guests of at least one meter.
Both for breakfast and dinner for guests, the service will be exclusively at the table.
